We specialise in analysing the risk and managing the crisis for you. We provide this service as standard with our DPO services or we are happy to quote this as a standalone bolt on service.

Our lead incident manager and risk director Mr Tom McGrath CBE is a well-known and respected business man within the UK Insurance Industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and oversight on managing and mitigating the risks to our clients.

Liaising with your senior management we will create an incident management strategy and plan to deal with data security in the event of a data breech. This will include policies for investigation, reporting and media management. We will act as your point of contact with the media ensuring all statements are approved by your CEO or senior management before release, and control management of the incident through to completion.
